Plot:
Kathavarayan a film where MGR consented to act (after the record success of Madhurai Veeran), and later gave up, with Sivaji Ganesan taking the lead role.
Vaa Kalabamayile, Jigu Jigu (Chandra Babu with Jikki), Nireiveruma Ennam & Niththirai Illaiyadi are some famous songs featured in this classical movie, composed brilliantly by musical maestro G.Ramanathan.
Sivaji Ganesan & Savithri performed together beautifully. Chandrababu, Thangavelu & Balaiya’s comedy are just superb.
