Plot:
Sathyaraj (fondly called Mapillai - son-in-law) marries his uncle's daughter Priya (Meena) as per her father's (Mannivannan) wish. But he is forced to hide his identity since Priya's mother would not give her consent for this marriage otherwise. Priya is happily married until she discovers two shocking truths: one, that her husband has lied to her and the other, that she is pregnant. Priya feels betrayed and files for a divorce. But at the same time, she is forced to live with her husband till she gives birth to their child. Does Priya change her mind?
