Plot:
The movie ‘Commissioner’ captures and depicts the struggle, police commissioner Bharat Chandran undergoes, to bring justice, in a murder case. A highly duty conscious police, Bharat Chandran is appointed to investigate the murder of Justice Mahendran. Several startling facts are revealed during the course of the investigation. The main culprit Mohan Thomas, a businessman, has every politician including the home minister, and the cops under his thumb. In this situation, will Chandran be able to bring the culprit to book, or does he too succumb to Mohan’s money power?
