Plot:
Kalingarayan is a politician who exploits the poor, through his wealth and manpower. Kattabomman (Sharath Kumar) on the other hand is a simple man, who refuses to take any of Kalingarayan's atrocities lying down. Incidentally, Kalingarayan has been responsible for Kattabomman's father's death in the past. But Kattabomman is unaware of it. To make matters worse, Kalingarayan's daughter Priya (Vineetha) and Kattabomman fall in love with each other and they both get married against the wishes of their families. Kattabomman is unable to understand why his family members cannot accept Priya as their daughter-in-law. When his grandfather (Nagesh) reveals the reason to Kattabomman, he is thrown into a dilemma. Will this gory incident of the past create a rift between Priya and Kattabomman? Or will Kattabomman punish his father-in-law for killing his father?
