Plot:
Keerti (Prabhu) is a sincere police inspector; but he is forced to quit because of unforeseen circumstances. He comes in contact with an eminent lawyer Chaturvedi (Sivaji Ganesan) who bails him out of trouble during his services. Chaturvedi and Keerti develop a thick friendship. Keerti moves to a new town but within a few days he returns to help Chaturvedi. Chaturvedi introduces Keerti to a young lady Dr. Mohana (Deepika), who is being chased by a gang of goons since she has learnt of their illegal moves. He further explains to him that her life is in danger and Keerti should help her out. Keerti undertakes the task but he realizes that it's not as easy as he thought.
