Plot:
Kannayiram (Manohar) loses his son to kidnappers. In an attempt to save his son, he becomes an accused in a robbery case and is unable to convince the court that he is innocent and is therefore sentenced to life imprisonment. In the jail he meets Kumaran, the jailer's son, who reminds him of his own deceased son Ravi. Kanayiram finds happiness and new meaning to his life through the child. But, unfortunately, Kumaran is kidnapped by other inmates of the jail and Kannayiram is blamed for it. Kannayiram risks his own life to save Kumaran. Will he succeed or will he lose his loved one for the second time in succession?
